Return and Refund Policy

At Gurukshethra Holidays, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences to our clients. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled.

1. Booking Cancellations:

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total booking amount.
    • If you cancel your booking 15-29 days before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
    • If you cancel your booking 7-14 days before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a refund of 25% of the total booking amount.
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
  • Cancellation by Gurukshethra Holidays:

    • If Gurukshethra Holidays cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings), you will receive a full refund of the booking amount. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your booking to a different date or another trip of equal value.

2. No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up for the trip or fail to join the trip on the agreed start date, you will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [your email address] within the stipulated time frame.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the cancellation request and all necessary documentation.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Some services and bookings may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Visa fees
    • Travel insurance premiums
    • Tickets for special events or attractions
    • Any other non-refundable deposits or fees as specified at the time of booking

5. Third-Party Supplier Refunds:

  • Refunds for services provided by third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and other service providers) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier. Gurukshethra Holidays will assist in coordinating with these suppliers but cannot guarantee refunds from third parties.

6. Changes to this Policy:

  • Gurukshethra Holidays reserves the right to change or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to affected customers.
