DAY WISE ITINEARY
Day 01: Arrival – Colombo – Chilaw – Kandy
- Arrive at Colombo Airport, meet & greet.
- Visit Munneswaram Temple, Chilaw, associated with Lord Rama’s worship.
Proceed to Kandy (4 hrs). - Evening: Visit Temple of the Tooth Relic – sacred to Buddhists worldwide.
- Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 02: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya – Kandy
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Full day excursion to Nuwara Eliya (Little England).
- Visit Seetha Amman Temple (connected to Ramayana) & Hakgala Botanical Garden (believed to be Ashok Vatika).
- Return to Kandy in evening.
- Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 03: Kandy – Dambulla – Sigiriya
- After breakfast, proceed to Sigiriya.
- Enroute visit Dambulla Cave Temple – UNESCO site with ancient Buddha statues & paintings.
- Evening: Climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress (Lion Rock).
- Overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Day 04: Trincomalee Sightseeing (Bhakthi Focus)
- Breakfast & drive to Trincomalee (3.5 hrs).
- Visit Koneswaram Temple (Dakshina Kailasam), perched on Swami Rock cliff.
- Darshan & explore Fort Frederick.
- Evening relax at Nilaveli Beach.
- Overnight stay in Trincomalee.
Day 05 : Departure
- Morning darshan at Koneswaram Temple again.
- Visit Kanniya Hot Water Springs – connected to Ravana legend.
- Optional: Excursion to Pigeon Island (for leisure) OR relax at the beach.
- Overnight stay in Trincomalee.
Day 06: Trincomalee – Mannar – Anuradhapura
- After early breakfast, proceed to Mannar (5 hrs).
- Visit Thiruketheeswaram Temple, one of the ancient Pancha Ishwarams of Lord Shiva.
- Continue to Anuradhapura – ancient Buddhist capital with stupas & Bo tree.
- Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
Day 07: Anuradhapura – Colombo Departure
- Visit Sri Maha Bodhi Tree & Ruwanwelisaya Stupa for blessings.
- Drive back to Colombo Airport (4.5 – 5 hrs) for departure.
